I feel compelled to share my terrible online shopping experience, not out of spite, but as a cautionary tale for others. My online order from Shreve & Co. was a disaster. I ordered a specific watch, and after waiting weeks, what arrived was completely wrong – a cheaper model with a scratched face. The tracking information was also useless, leaving me completely in the dark. This frustrating ordeal prompted me to not only leave this review but also to reach out to customer service immediately, hoping to resolve this mess and prevent similar issues for future customers.
Customer: "I'm calling about order #SNC12345. My online shopping experience has been absolutely terrible. I ordered a specific watch weeks ago, and what finally arrived yesterday was completely wrong – a cheaper model with a scratched face! And the tracking information was useless the whole time."
